We are one of around a dozen financial institutions in the country to be lead by an all female executive leadership team with a total of over 125 years combined banking experience. Leadership guides our highly functioning divisions as they best support our organization and its members.

Serving the bank for over 50 years, Mary leads our dedicated Board of Directors that are responsible for ensuring executive leadership CONNECTs our strategy to safe, sound, and compliant practices.

Chairperson

A fourth generation resident of Pacific County, Mary is committed to her family and community. She has spent the last 50 years with the Bank, and is currently most passionate about the work we are doing to offer new services and products to our membership.  As a professional banker, Mary’s impressive career allows her to provide valuable insight and guidance as she serves as our first female chairperson.  On a mission to grow the bank she is focused on improving product delivery methods and improving online services.  In addition to her historical career, Mary is also active in the community. She serves as secretary of her church parish council, St Joseph at Holy Family, Frances and is active at the local Elks club assisting with many fund raisers . She is also a proud alum of Raymond High School and Pacific Coast Banking School.  When not supporting our members, you can find her gardening, fishing, and following her 5 grandchildren in their many activities.

Vice Chairperson

A self-described leader in the public ports industry, Guy Glenn, Jr is committed to rural economic development and public finance. He has spent the last 12 years coordinating economic development projects, and is currently most passionate about the work we are doing to meet the unique financial needs of customers in our local communities.  As a professional in economic and project development, Guy’s impressive background provides him with both a broad perspective and technical experience, while building upon both his own innovative and creative ideas. On a mission to invest in our communities, he believes in prioritizing the availability of local workforce housing and family wage job opportunities.  In addition to 12 years in the public ports industry, Guy has deep roots in our region. He is a proud alum of Ilwaco High School, and Colorado State University, where he received a Bachelors of Science in Equine Sciences.  When not at work, you can find him engaged with his family, enjoying a walk or listening to music.

Brent Dennis

A self-described hardware store entrepreneur, Brent is committed to revenue growth through outstanding customer service . He spent the last 40 years creating a local chain of five general merchandise and hardware retail stores that crafted a merchandise mix and marketing program for each community these stores served. He is currently most passionate about the work we are doing to better serve Pacific County through community development.

Brent’s impressive leadership and retail background allows him to lead through example and experience, while focusing on revenue and profitability growth. On a mission to serve the banking needs for our market, he is focused on improving services offered and creating streamlined loan offering. In addition to 40 years in the retail business, Brent has also served on numerous not-for-profit and for-profit board of directors. He is a proud alum of Oregon State University where he received a business degree. When not supporting our members, you can find him gardening, exercising, helping with grandchildren, volunteering for local organizations, traveling the globe and searching for the next great addition to his antique decoy collection.

David Glasson

A self-described lifetime learner, David is committed to Long Beach and Pacific County. He has spent the last 35 years shaping all facets of the city of Long Beach and is currently most enthusiastic about the work we are doing to help the residents and businesses of Pacific County succeed. As a long time public servant, David’s background allows him to listen and respond all while treating everyone fairly. On a mission to make the community better, he is focused on improving customer services and creating opportunities. In addition to 35 years in the public sector, David is also involved in many nonprofits. He maintains a role in Joint Pacific County Housing Authority and the Ilwaco Sports Boosters. He is a proud alum of Ilwaco High School. When not supporting our members, you can find him volunteering for the fire department, doing yard work, and creating holiday light shows.

B. Nichoel Casey, JD

A self-described banking nerd, Nichoel is committed to mutual bank advocacy. She has spent the last 20 years leading banks in operational and regulatory matters, and is currently most passionate about the work we are doing to support Pacific County through community development. As a seasoned banking attorney, legal professor, and skillful business consultant; Nichoel’s impressive background allows her to lead holistically and overcome obstacles, while remaining committed to preserving our holistic business model. On a mission to make community banking mean something, she is focused on ensuring CCB brings value to its members and community. Nichoel is also a banking educator and teaches at Stonier Graduate School of Banking with the American Bankers Association and the University of Pennsylvania’s Whorton Business School. She is a proud alum of the University of Oklahoma where she received a Juris Doctorate in Law and Entrepruneruship and a Masters of Arts in Administrative Leadership. When not supporting our members, you can find her hanging out with her husband, watching sports (especially football – Boomer Sooner), or looking for treasures at the beach.

Business Development

Rhonda Samplawski – VP, Chief Banking Officer

Rhonda leads our committed team of Universal Bankers that are available to CONNECT you with all of our products and service offerings.

A self-described banking veteran, Rhonda is committed to mentoring and encouraging others to help them succeed. She has spent the last 25 years extending across many areas of the bank and is currently most passionate about the work we are doing to continuously enhance our products and services to better meet the needs of our members and our community. As an experienced banking professional in operations, risk management, corporate finance and administration, Rhonda’s impressive background allows her to lead with the knowledge and understanding of the banking industry. On a mission to make a positive impact on the community, she is focused on promoting the bank and establishing strong member and community relationships. Throughout her banking career, Rhonda has lead the bank’s involvement in various community activities. She is a proud alum of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she attended Financial Managers School. When not supporting our members, you can find her skiing out on a lake with her family, traveling (girls’ trip!), or working in her garden.

Operations

Edwina "Winnie" Sue Johnson– VP, Chief Operations Officer (NMLS #784363)

Winnie leads our knowledgeable operations team that are available to CONNECT with you throughout the loan origination and product servicing processes.

A self-described detail-oriented leader, Winnie is committed to credit quality and customer service. She has spent the last 16 years focused on our exceptional credit portfolio and is currently most passionate about the work we are doing to grow the bank and expand our member offerings through enhanced systems and practices.  As a credit administrator, she is on a mission to lead an exceptional team of operations professionals.  In addition to her many years in banking, Winnie is also focused on improving member access to credit and creating community opportunities.  She is a lifelong resident of Raymond and a proud alum of Grays Harbor Community College where she received her Associates in Accounting. When not supporting our members, you can find her crafting, hanging out with her husband, or enjoying quality time with her grandkids.   

Resource Management

Natasha de la Garza – VP, Chief Financial Officer

Natasha leads our committed teams of finance and infrastructure that CONNECT bank resources to our purpose and support of our employees as they diligently work to support our members.

A self-described lifelong learner, Natasha, is committed to building a strong thriving community through banking and community action. She has spent the last 11 years developing and leading finance and accounting in the banking industry and is currently most passionate about the work we are doing to bring resources to the residence of Pacific County. Natasha’s impressive background allows her to contribute insight on community banking finance and resource actions. On a mission to improve our services in rural communities she is focused on improving the infrastructure and resource management practices while creating a thriving community she can call home. She is a proud alum of Portland State University where she received a degree in Business with an emphasis in accounting. When not supporting our members, you can find her spending time with her family, watching her children play sports, and reading.

Risk Management

Jane Webb, JD – VP, Chief Legal Officer

Jane leads our legal teams that CONNECT industry requirements, policy administration, and auditing to support of our employees as they support our members.

A self-described rule follower, Jane is committed to rigorous risk management and regulatory compliance. She has spent the last 16 years practicing law and is currently most passionate about the work we are doing to positively impact our members through technology, convenience, and security. With experience in litigation, creditors’ rights, corporate law and real estate, Jane’s diverse background allows her to safeguard the Bank while supporting our steadfast commitment to each other and the communities we serve.  On a mission to provide a sound legal foundation for CCB, she is focused on trust, communication and creating solutions.  Jane is also a volunteer attorney for child deprivation cases and a devoted advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association.  She attended the Oklahoma City University School of Law where she was the recipient of the Lloyd H. Henry Law Scholarship and inducted into Phi Delta Phi Honor Fraternity.  Jane also has a degree in marketing and enjoys creative writing, reading, hiking, true crime TV, and time with her 17 nieces and nephews.

Heather Breen, JD – VP, Chief Impact Officer

Heather leads our foundation missions that CONNECT member, bank, and community resources to area development, economic revitalization, and financial education.

As a self-described continuous learner, Heather is committed to both teaching and learning. She has spent the last 20 years creating human resources departments and is currently most passionate about the work we are doing to serve our members through community development programs. Heather’s impressive background allows her to adapt and be resilient, while maintaining focus on the needs of the organization and its members. On a mission to build a proud legacy, she is focused on improving communications and creating lasting relationships.  In addition to 20 years in human resources, Heather is also an attorney who practiced law in New Mexico for 7 years focusing on business law and commercial litigation. She is a proud alum of the University of South Dakota where she received a Juris Doctor and Master of Science in Human Resources.  When not supporting our members, you can find her playing with her dog Olive and spending time with her children William and Samantha.
